Community Potluck

Community members celebrated the beginning of summer and Independence Day with a Community Potluck Picnic on July 1st. Thanks to the Welcome/Social committee for hosting this wonderful event! 

The third “How To” series on Knitting took place on June 30th at the Clubhouse.  Local residents Deborah Williams and Kathy Buban shared knitting tips they have learned over the years. 

The Welcome/Social committee hosted a "How To" Gardening session with special guest speaker Doug Cockburn of New Dungeness Nursery. Among the subjects covered were: choosing the right plants for small gardens, what is Verticillium Wilt, what trees does it effect, and low maintenance/drought tolerant plant.

Thanks to Neighbor George Mullen who will be showcasing his train set for a 2nd year in a row at the clubhouse

The Cedar Ridge Social and Welcome Committee partnered with the Peninsula Friends of Animals and the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society to make the holidays a little brighter for the cats and dogs waiting for adoption.
