The HOA Board is a group of elected volunteer officials who are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced.

All requests, suggestions, comments, and complaints shall be directed to the HOA property management firm,  The Management Trust. This allows for the request, suggestion, comment, or complaint to be logged and tracked with status back to the requestor. Written communications via email are preferred as it is timely and works best for the Board to review a clearly written document and act on it at a Board meeting.

Are you proposing an exterior home change (color, landscaping, hardscape, etc.)? Contact the ARC committee before you begin to ensure that you comply with the association's architectural guidelines.

This group developed and provides guidance, criteria, and procedures for preserving the safety of community members and visitors. Please contact the Traffic/Safety committee if you have questions or concerns about traffic and/or safety in the community.

Have a question or comment about the Highland Irrigation water that is available to all Cedar Ridge residents, common area landscaping or the storm drainage system? Please contact the Irrigation/Grounds commitee.
